Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a professional services leader driving a large, multi-year portfolio.
• 10+ years of management experience leading professional services teams.
• Deep understanding of technical solution project life cycle models; blends Agile and traditional PM.
• Strong business/technical balance with ability to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Experience owning a fully integrated enterprise PSA application and workflow design.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for large enterprise customers.
• Experience with organizational change management and driving strategic programs.
• Ability to define and track KPIs to improve service delivery and performance.
• Experience with M&A integration accountability and post-merger portfolio alignment.
• PMP, PfMP, and PgMP certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CSE PMO and oversee portfolio planning, staffing, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Direct post-sales financials, forecasting, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align PMO strategy with Rocket’s goals and M&A activities.
• Lead design and adoption of PM processes to optimize the PMO and customer outcomes.
