Qualifications

• Experience in security awareness or internal communications.
• Ability to design and measure campaigns and interventions.
• Stakeholder engagement across a global organisation.
• Understanding of human psychology or decision science applied at scale.
• Proven track record building and growing communities.

Responsabilités

• Own the Culture and Communities capability end to end, including roadmap and performance.
• Lead and develop the team, set priorities and manage performance.
• Own the capability budget and supplier relationships.
• Report capability performance and risk to CSO leadership.
• Lead cyber security awareness and behavioural change programmes.
