GSK is seeking a Senior Director, Technology Risk & Compliance Business Partners - Enterprise Systems. This role leads a global capability across Enterprise Systems, including SAP, Workday, and Salesforce, aligning cyber risk with business strategy.

You will drive governance, budgets, vendor relations and regulatory engagement from a central Cyber Security Office perspective. The position requires senior leadership experience, strong stakeholder influence and proven capability in managing risk

Formación

• Degree in a relevant discipline, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cyber risk, technology risk or information security governance.
• Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk register management.
• Practical experience with senior business stakeholder engagement.
• Extensive experience in cyber security, including leading a global capability at scale.
• Proven experience leading leaders of teams across multiple geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Set the multi-year strategy for Technology Risk & Compliance Business Partners - Enterprise Systems and secure the investment to deliver it.
• Lead the Technology Risk & Compliance Business Partners - Enterprise Systems organisation and own its capability plan.
• Own the budget, vendor portfolio and headcount plan for the capability.
• Represent the capability to the CISO, GSK Tech leadership, auditors and regulators.
• Own the cyber risk and compliance relationship for the assigned area, enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain the cyber risk register and CAPA status reporting.
