Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance Business Partners R&D to lead a defined R&D risk and compliance capability. Based at Ware, UK or London HQ, you will combine hands-on risk consulting with team leadership across R&D technology portfolios.

You will work within the Cyber Security Office to translate central strategy into local action, partner with Quality and GxP, and drive risk governance. Closing Date: 6 November 2026, with hybrid UK work location.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber risk and information security governance.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across R&D and CSO governance.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and risk registers; capable of driving CAPAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D risk and compliance business partnering team at Ware and London HQ sites.
• Deliver delivery against the R&D risk and compliance roadmap; escalate blockers early.
• Develop team capability in R&D risk consulting via coaching and feedback.
• Represent R&D risk in CSO governance forums and cross-functional structures.
• Provide hands-on risk consulting to R&D teams deploying and owning technology.
• Own cyber risk and compliance relationship for R&D in clinical, discovery and regulatory tech.
• Maintain cyber risk register with risk statements, owners and treatments.
