Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Director of Cost Consultancy in Manchester to lead and develop the Cost Consultancy service line across the North, while remaining hands-on with project delivery and client advice.

You will work with the senior leadership to win new work, strengthen client relationships and guide high-profile assignments across industrial, logistics, retail, office and residential sectors. MRICS and strong commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status is essential.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
• Significant consultancy experience with strong client network.
• Proven ability to lead, win work and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Cost Consultancy service line across the UK.
• Deliver end-to-end cost consultancy services and client advice.
• Provide high-level cost planning, benchmarking and market testing.
• Prepare development appraisals, feasibility studies and cashflow forecasts.
• Manage procurement strategy, tender processes and cost control.
• Mentor junior and senior team members and drive cross-functional collaboration.
