This is a senior, client-facing opportunity for an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor who combines strong technical delivery with commercial awareness and an established network of industry contacts. You will work closely with the existing senior leadership team to develop the service line, strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities across the UK. You will work across a varied portfolio of high-profile projects and clients, with exposure to sectors including industrial and logistics, retail, office, residential, Build to Rent and purpose-built student accommodation. Projects will range from development and major refurbishment schemes through to wider asset management and investment-led work.
