Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Management leader to take the Regional Director role across Manchester and Leeds. You will grow the PM service line, develop client relationships and drive new business within commercial property sectors.

The role requires MRICS or equivalent, a strong consultancy PM background, and proven leadership. The position offers hybrid working, a salary of £90,000 to £100,000 DOE, a car allowance, and a director bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Strong consultancy-side Project Management background.
• Existing client base and business development capability.
• Experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Project Management service line across Manchester and Leeds.

• Support recruitment, mentoring and team development.
• Work closely with senior leadership on regional growth strategy.
