Prime Coalition is seeking a Director of Partnerships to scale catalytic philanthropy and unlock climate solutions. You will lead the Partnerships team, grow a diverse donor base, and drive seven-figure fundraising targets across catalytic capital opportunities and core support.

Strong relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and philanthropic partners will be essential to sustain Prime's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of fundraising/partnerships experience, including donor/investor pipelines.
• 5+ years of people management in remote/hybrid settings.
• Track record of multi-million dollar gifts and fundraising campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Direct the Partnerships team to achieve ambitious fundraising targets (seven-figure+ annually).
• Build and maintain a portfolio of philanthropic partners (DAF, UHNWIs, foundations).
• Oversee donor engagement across portfolios and CRM record-keeping.
• Guide prioritization across foundations, major donors, family offices, and corporate giving.
• Use data and market insights to inform strategy and optimize fundraising efforts.
• Lead fundraising campaigns for key programmatic efforts and support strategic initiatives.
• Represent Prime externally as needed.
