The Director of Client Success is responsible for building long-term partnerships with strategic Municipal Justice Solutions accounts. This role involves fostering strong relationships, providing advice, and making recommendations based on the needs of the accounts and Tyler's business objectives.

Lubbock, Texas | Lakewood, Colorado | Plano, Texas

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients at the highest levels.
  2. Understand client outcomes and help define milestones and measurements.
  3. Communicate the Municipal Justice value proposition and Tyler’s long-term vision.
  4. Create and execute success plans to ensure client goals are achieved.
  5. Maintain documented success plans with clear long-term goals.
  6. Track and implement short-term actionable plans.
  7. Use data to demonstrate progress towards client outcomes.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in client utilization of Tyler products and recommend enhancements.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients derive value and measurable impact.
  10. Partner with Sales, Product Development, Services, Support, and Marketing to align efforts and share feedback.
  11. Conduct regular communication, site visits, and account reviews.
  12. Establish KPIs related to retention, support impact, and revenue share.
  13. Advise clients on best practices and governance.
  14. Manage escalations at the executive level.
  15. Promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
  16. Report on client health and trends regularly.
  17. Lead and manage a team of direct reports to maximize client impact.
Qualifications
  1. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Knowledge of Municipal Justice products and/or judicial industry experience preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25-75%.

Salary range: $83,524 - $[amount pending confirmation].
