WPP in London seeks a Director, Clients to lead client teams and oversee the campaign delivery lifecycle for UK accounts. You will act as a senior contact, shaping strategy, managing expectations, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional work.

You will combine strong leadership with rigorous financial oversight, ensuring profitability and sustained client growth within a hybrid work model in London.

Competenze

• Proven and demonstrable experience at Account Director+ level in a media agency.
• Strong leadership of client teams and campaign delivery across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with senior clients.

Mansioni

• Point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead and develop teams, ensuring best-in-class work and growth.
• Manage briefs, campaign delivery, and client reporting to maximise performance.
• Forecast figures monthly, quarterly and yearly with CFO collaboration.
• Balance budgets against objectives and drive operational excellence.
