Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the Payment Industry, including EMI experience.
• Extensive knowledge of payment ecosystems.
• Deep technical understanding of payment processing, transaction settlement, and banking infrastructure.
• Strong financial literacy, including P&L management, risk assessment, and business forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a fully licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), overseeing operations, technology, and strategy.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, including product positioning, market expansion, and pricing.
• Build and manage a high-performance team.
• Act as the main liaison with financial partners, vendors, and stakeholders, negotiating contracts and partnerships.
• Design and implement a payments infrastructure, integrating gateways, acquiring solutions, APIs, and settlement networks.
• Ensure operational transaction processing, including payment rails, card issuance, IBAN provisioning, and cross-border settlements.
• Define and oversee pricing, liquidity management, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage treasury operations for seamless fund flows between clients, banks, and liquidity providers.
• Oversee core financial technology performance.
• Manage external banking and financial relationships.
• Lead daily operations and business growth.
