As a Director, Change and Operations for ICT EMEA, you will work with regional and senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies across the EMEA ICT business.

The Role

• Drive continuous improvement by challenging processes, removing inefficiencies, and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders to improve cross-division cooperation and resource sharing.
• Work with Global MI to streamline regional MI reporting for ELT.
• Partner with Project Managers to enhance tools and capabilities for complex projects.
• Support planning and execution by understanding internal cultures and aligning with regional initiatives.
• Lead, design, and manage strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support sales enablement and prioritize client-first approaches.
• Enhance efficiency through effective use of business tools like Oracle, Mavenlink, Dynamics, and others.
• Lead ICT teams across EMEA in operations, consulting technology solutions, proposal support, and project management.
• Develop governance frameworks for metrics, quality standards, and risk management.
• Contribute to the development of communication strategies and foster global collaboration.

• Proven track record in leading change and transformation projects.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent change management skills.
• Project management expertise and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop cross-functional strategies and manage large initiatives.
