Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London is seeking a Manager, Deal Finance in the Strategy & Execution practice. You will work with CFOs and finance leaders on finance strategy, operating models, and value creation across multiple sectors.

The role involves coordinating with deal-related finance challenges, performance improvement, and finance transformation, with opportunities to lead or support engagements in a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in shaping and delivering change in industry, consulting or transactions.
• Finance background with FP&A, Financial Control, Commercial Finance, Operational Finance or CFO team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for core elements of client delivery and, depending on the engagement, support or lead the engagement team.
• Work closely with senior finance stakeholders, structure complex problems and turn analysis into practical recommendations.
• Contribute to business development, including developing propositions, pitches and presentations.
