JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI ML Director - NLP / LLM and Graphs within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) / ML Centre of Excellence (MCLOE). The role focuses on applying advanced ML methods to NLP, graph analytics, speech analytics, and time series, partnering with Business, Technology, and Policy teams to deploy solutions in production.

The candidate will lead research and development of state-of-the-art models, collaborate across functions, and drive large-scale ML initiatives

Formación

• PhD or MS with significant industry/research experience in data science or related fields.
• Strong background in NLP, LLM and graph analytics with hands-on ML/DL experience.
• Experience with ML/DL toolkits (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
• Ability to design experiments and evaluate model performance vs. business goals.
• Excellent communication to both technical and business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Research and develop ML methods for NLP, LLMs, graph analytics, and related tasks.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Strategy, and other teams to deploy solutions.
• Lead production-ready ML deployments and large‑scale frameworks across the business.
• Drive firm‑wide initiatives to accelerate ML model application across areas.
