Job summary

Novartis Global Clinical Operations is seeking a Global Clinical Operations AI Program Associate Director in London. You will drive the delivery of the AI portfolio, translating innovative ideas into scalable, compliant solutions that enhance teamwork and productivity across the organization.

This role requires partnering with Clinical Operations, Development AI, Data, Digital and IT, and business leaders to enable adoption and accelerate the journey to an AI-enabled organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
• Significant program or project management experience in global organizations.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting across the Global Clinical Operations AI portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Deliver portfolio reporting and insights using standardized KPIs & metrics.
• Coordinate governance activities including intake, prioritization, risk assessment, and approvals.
• Support adoption of self-service, low-code, and productivity-focused AI solutions across Clinical Operations.
• Lead change management, communications, and launch readiness for AI initiatives.
• Apply value tracking, quality assurance, and benefits realization across the portfolio.
