Job summary

WPP is seeking a technically minded product leader to define the agent-native layer for its Skills and Data platform within WPP Open. This role sits at the intersection of product and AI and requires shaping the guardrails, data, and contracts that enable agents to call tools and data.

You will own vision and roadmap for skills, tools and agentification, work with engineering, design and data teams, and align with enterprise customers’ needs while navigating ambiguity and leading a large

Qualifications

• Proven track record of turning SaaS/enterprise products into agent-native solutions.
• Experience leading product teams across PM, data analysts, engineers.
• Deep knowledge of agent architectures: LLMs, tool and function calling, memory management.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for skills, tools and agentification.
• Define core skill sets and tool exposure for agents.
• Lead agentification of applications with safe, observable capabilities.
• Define guardrails and data contracts for autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX and Data to deliver a coherent layer.
• Drive data-driven product decisions and adoption metrics.
