Danville Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, meaningful lives. This in-person role focuses on daily routines, life skills, and building meaningful relationships.

No experience is required—paid training is provided. You will gain hands-on experience with diverse individuals and work within a supportive team in a rewarding, purpose-driven environment.

• Willingness to actively engage with individuals in care.
• Background check is required and must be passed.
