Job summary

Dubie’s Love Residential Services, LLC seeks Direct Support Professionals to work with adults with developmental disabilities. You will assist with ADLs, transportation to activities, and support individuals in skill-building and daily rights in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

We will train; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, CPR/First Aid, and be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Medication management/administration experience (32 hours).
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.
• Flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily choices, skill-building, and rights.
• Provide transportation to and from activities.
• Support behavior needs and implement training plans as directed.
