Job summary

Greener Energy Group is seeking experienced Renewable Energy Sales Consultants to join our growing field team in Scotland and the North East of England. You’ll meet pre-qualified leads and present heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage solutions to customers, driving sales with uncapped commission and a strong OTE.

Based at our Paisley office, you’ll start on a £27,000 base plus commission, and after training work from home with office catch-ups.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in home improvements, heat pumps, or solar PV.
• Ability to close deals with strong communication.
• Competent CRM skills.
• Comfort with field sales and home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–4 home energy surveys daily from pre-qualified leads.
• Recommend renewables solutions including heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage.
• Deliver professional, ethical sales presentations.
• Maintain our customer service reputation.

Key Responsibilities Of Our Field Sales Consultants

• Conduct 2–4 home energy surveys daily from pre-qualified, appointed leads (no cold calling).
• Recommend the most suitable renewable energy solutions — including heat pumps, solar panels, and battery storage — tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Deliver professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales presentations.
• Maintain our excellent customer service reputation.
• Work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.

Requirements Of Our Sales Executive

• Proven Direct Sales experience is a must in one or more of the following:
• Home Improvements
• Heat Pumps
• Solar PV (Solar Panels)
• Gas Boilers
• Electric Heating Systems
• Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Competent computer and CRM skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
• Desire to build a high-earning career in the renewable energy sales sector.

Location & Working Pattern of our Renewable Energy Sales Consultants

• Head Office: Paisley, Scotland
• After full training, you’ll work from home, visiting the office only for meetings and ongoing development.
• You’ll cover customer appointments throughout Scotland nearest to the location of your home.
