Job summary

Valoris Group is recruiting an experienced Outbound Renewable Energy Sales Consultant on behalf of a growing UK manufacturer and installer of high-efficiency air source heat pump systems. This is not a traditional cold-calling role.

You will speak with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in renewable heating and are actively considering an air source heat pump installation. The leads are warm, pre-qualified and often close to making a decision.

Basic salary: £26,500 £32,000, depending on experience
OTE: £60,000 £65,000

The Opportunity

Valoris Group is recruiting an experienced Outbound Renewable Energy Sales Consultant on behalf of a growing UK manufacturer and installer of high-efficiency air source heat pump systems.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You will speak with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in renewable heating and are actively considering an air source heat pump installation.

The leads are warm, pre-qualified and often close to making a decision. Current consultants are converting approximately two out of every three qualified opportunities, with established team members earning around £2,000 £4,000 per month in commission.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident telephone salesperson looking for strong leads, a competitive basic salary and genuinely uncapped earning potential within a rapidly growing industry.

The Role

You will guide homeowners through the complete sales process, from their initial enquiry through to commitment and handover to the installation team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contacting warm, pre-qualified leads and holding professional, consultative conversations
• Understanding each customer s property, heating system and requirements
• Explaining air source heat pumps, installation costs, potential savings and available grant support
• Preparing quotations, answering questions, overcoming objections and closing sales
• Following up opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating with survey, design and installation teams

You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets while ensuring every customer receives clear information and an excellent experience.

What We re Looking For

• Previous telephone sales, telesales, internal sales or business development experience
• A proven ability to convert warm leads and close higher-value sales
• Strong communication, objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills
• A target-driven approach with the motivation to maximise uncapped commission
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities through a sales pipeline

Experience within renewable energy, heating, solar PV, insulation, home improvements or energy efficiency would be advantageous but is not essential. Full product and technical training will be provided.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary of £26,500 £32,000, depending on experience
