World Animal Protection is seeking an experienced Direct Channels Fundraiser, ANZ, to lead and deliver direct mail, telemarketing and related fundraising activities in the ANZ market. You will adapt global products for the local context, manage suppliers, and ensure compliant delivery with strong stakeholder coordination.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, learning from campaigns, and collaborating across a global network to enhance impact for animals.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience delivering direct fundraising campaigns, including direct mail or telemarketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, production, fulfilment and supporter-response handling.
• Experience managing fundraising suppliers or other operational delivery partners.
• Knowledge of fundraising legislation, regulation and industry codes relevant to the ANZ market.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisation and project-management skills.
• The ability to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
