Direct Care Professionals Part Time Days

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Employment Type: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem. Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas

Requirements to Join
  • Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
  • Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle
  • A TB screening and physical required upon hire, with a TB update every two years after
Job Entails

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

  • Individual community outings
  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Personal care
  • Medical appointments
Community Outings

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:

  • The Movies
  • Shopping

  • Baseball games
  • Bowling
