Job summary

Longridge Dental Centre in Preston is seeking an experienced and motivated GDC-registered Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis.

Treat NHS and private patients, build your own private patient base, and work in a modern, supportive practice with in-house referrals and marketing support.

You'll develop preventative care, provide periodontal therapy and restorative treatment under Direct Access, and collaborate with the wider clinical team.

Qualifications

• GDC registration as a Dental Therapist is required.
• Direct Access experience and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Interest in building private treatments and patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodontal therapy and restorative treatment for NHS and private patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and provide preventative care under Direct Access.
• Build long-term relationships with patients with excellent clinical care.
• Explain treatment options clearly and support informed decisions.
• Collaborate with wider clinical team for implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and other treatments.
• Develop private services and grow own patient base.
