Job summary

Longridge Dental Centre in Preston is seeking an experienced and motivated GDC-registered Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis, with days and hours to be discussed.

You will treat NHS and private patients, develop private services, and work closely with the wider clinical team, with in-house referrals and marketing support from Smart Dental Care.

Qualifications

• GDC registration as a Dental Therapist is required.
• Direct Access experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality periodontal therapy and restorative treatment for NHS and private patients.
• Carrying out patient assessments and preventative care under Direct Access.
• Building long-term relationships with patients through excellent clinical care.
• Explaining treatment options clearly and supporting informed decisions.
• Collaborating with the clinical team and referring patients for implants, orthodontics, etc.
• Developing private services and growing your own patient base.
