Job summary

Richmond Villages in Aston-on-Trent is seeking a friendly Host to welcome residents and deliver a warm dining experience in the restaurant and café. The role includes setting tables, serving meals, handling EPOS payments, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Shifts are between 8:00am and 8:00pm with occasional late events; part-time options available. Full induction, ongoing training, and access to learning resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Training provided for role in a care-community setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables in the restaurant and café.
• Serve in the restaurant and café at mealtimes.
• Provide room service to residents as needed.
• Handle EPOS till payments and keep areas tidy.
• Assist with serving meals to residents in rooms or other village areas.
