Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector on a 12 Month FTC, based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will perform QA and QC on composite components, ensuring dimensional accuracy, material compliance and process adherence, and you will raise non-conformances with clear inspection reports.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with composite components, reads drawings, and can operate a Romer Arm and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite components and assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection processes.
• Experience using a Romer Arm and hand tools for dimensional inspection.
• Polyworks experience; CAD experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dimensional QA and QC on composite components to ensure design specifications.
• Identify non-conforming components and complete inspection reports.
• Update quality systems with accurate data.
• Work night shifts: 4:15pm–2:45am, Mon–Thu.

Based in the heart of our innovative and state of the art manufacturing facility, this opportunity is perfect for those wanting to start or continue their journey in F1.You will conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure that all composite components are to the required quality standards. Ensuring composite components are to the correct specification to include dimensional, issue, material, and associated processes will be key.
