Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector on a 12 Month FTC, night shift (4:15pm–2:45am) based in Milton Keynes.

You will inspect composite components to design specifications, use a Romer Arm and hand tools, review drawings, and generate inspection reports while updating data in our systems. This role offers the chance to contribute to championship-winning performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite components and assemblies.
• Ability to read technical drawings and inspection processes.
• Proficient in using Romer Arm and hand tools for inspection.
• Experience with Polyworks is essential; CAD knowledge is beneficial.

Responsabilités

Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity for a Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspectors to join our well-established team on an FTC until the end of 2027. Based in the heart of our innovative and state of the art manufacturing facility, this opportunity is perfect for those wanting to start or continue their journey in F1.

You will conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure that all composite components are to the required quality standards. Ensuring composite components are to the correct specification to include dimensional, issue, material, and associated processes will be key. You will identify non-conforming components and completion of inspection reports in addition to updating our systems with accurate data.

What we need from you:

• Experience and knowledge of composite components and assemblies.
• The ability to understand technical drawings and detailed inspection processes.
• To be able to conduct inspection processes using a Romer Arm as well as hand tools to ensure all components are to design specification.
• Previous experience of using Polyworks is essential, CAD experience is also beneficial.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach to your work.

This Role is a 12 Month FTC working a nightshift 4:15pm - 2:45am Mon - Thu
