Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to ensure the highest quality across engine development for race-ready performance. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on internal dimensional inspection of powertrain components, data integrity, and precise reporting.

The role requires GD&T expertise, CMM knowledge, and hands-on work with heads, blocks, crankshafts, and gears. A competitive salary and benefits package accompany the opportunity to contribute to Formula 1

Qualifications

• You will need to have previous experience within a similar role ideally within Automotive/Aerospace or precision engineering.
• Hands-on experience with complex components such as Heads, Blocks, Crankshafts and Gears would be beneficial.
• Extensive knowledge of GD&T and knowledge of CMM's.
• Previous exposure to Talysurf & Quindos would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-conforming components, completion of Inspection reports and deliver accurate information to enable best decision making
• Ensure that data provided is 100% reliable and accurate information is entered into the business systems correctly
• Accurately write non-conformance reports to capture any dimensional or visual defects on engine components
• Carry out daily calibration of required equipment

Red Bull Powertrains have multiple exciting opportunities for experienced Quality Inspectors to join our team as we progress through our first-ever racing season with a fully Red Bull designed power unit. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of quality across every stage of engine development, from initial build through to race ready performance. Your expertise will directly support the delivery of a power unit engineered to compete at the front of the 2026 Formula One grid, helping us push the limits of precision, reliability and performance.

Shift: 4x4 day shift (0700-1900)
Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

You will carry out Internal Dimensional Inspection for the supply of Powertrain components. This challenging position requires effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, intelligent judgment, achieving and maintaining production efficiency and most importantly, an unwavering dedication to the quality of our products.
