Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Prep Chef, Commis Chef, Chef De Partie, or similar role; training available for enthusiastic learners.

Responsibilities

• Operate dough-making machines to create dough for Dim Sum and other products.
• Craft noodles, cut wonton wrappers, and shape dough-based items with precision.
• Wrap dumplings and prawns shumai; ensure quality.
• Roll out wonton wrappers for consistency across batches.
• Pack and store finished products; keep freezer organized.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
