Job summary

EDF is seeking an Enterprise Product Owner for Digital Workplace to lead the vision and roadmap for the Digital Employee Experience across 24,000+ colleagues. You will drive outcomes using telemetry data and Aternity insights, working with Enterprise IT and business stakeholders to maximise value.

The role offers a flexible, hybrid work arrangement with a starting salary of £60,000 per year plus the potential for an annual bonus, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM).
• Experience using telemetry and user experience data to drive outcomes and service improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for improving the employee technology experience through data and insight.

Responsibilities

• Owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for EDF's Digital Employee Experience capability.
• Using Aternity and related platform insights to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and productivity.
• Prioritising product enhancements and improvement initiatives within agile delivery teams.
• Defining product strategy, success measures, and outcomes that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Enterprise IT and the wider business to maximise investment value and drive adoption of data-led decisions.
