Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking an Enterprise Product Owner for Digital Workplace to lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of the Digital Employee Experience for more than 24,000 colleagues. The role focuses on Aternity and DEX technologies to boost productivity and satisfaction across the organisation.

Salary starts at £60,000 per year with potential bonuses. This is a flexible, hybrid role with work from home options and site attendance as needed to support business requires.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM), or workplace analytics.
• Experience using telemetry and user experience data to drive business outcomes and service improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for EDF's Digital Employee Experience capability.
• Using Aternity and related platform insights to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and productivity.
• Prioritising product enhancements and improvement initiatives within agile delivery teams.
• Defining product strategy, success measures, and outcomes that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Enterprise IT and the wider business to maximise investment value and drive adoption of data-led decisions.
