Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our MIS support and training team at Neath. The role is part-time (22 hours per week) with a pro rata salary scale 6, points 29–31 £35,590–£37,390 per annum, equivalent to £21,161–£22,231 per year full-time equivalent.

Experience developing, documenting and managing procedures, and Level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent), plus GCSE English and Maths, with IT literacy to Level 3, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Level 2.
• IT literacy to Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Provide management information systems support to learners and staff.
• Deliver training on MIS systems and processes.
• Develop and document procedures and work practices.
