Job summary

Grove Group in Burgess Hill, West Sussex is seeking a reliable Digital Warehouse Assistant to support our busy warehouse and e-commerce operation, including handling eBay orders.

You will process orders, pick, pack and dispatch accurately, assist trade counter staff, answer calls and online enquiries, and deputise for the Business Manager when needed.

This full-time, permanent role offers daily stock control, opportunities to broaden skills, and a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy warehouse operations with high picking/packing and dispatch volumes.
• Trade counter experience and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including eBay, and ability to use computer systems.
• Professional telephone manner and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process, pick, check, pack and dispatch online and customer orders accurately.
• Receive deliveries, stock stock and maintain stock locations.
• Prepare consignments and dispatch paperwork; handle returns and stock counts.
• Support e-commerce and online activity, resolve or escalate stock/order issues.
• Assist trade counter customers and respond to enquiries by phone/online.
• Deputise for Business Manager and support the wider branch team; occasional deliveries.
