What you will be working on

You’ll join a friendly, enthusiastic, and growing team within our innovative Operations area here at Ki, reporting to a Team Leader within one of two squads. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll provide a professional and comprehensive administrative service for brokers, internal teams, and service providers. You’ll maintain and monitor the flow of work between underwriting teams and the service provider, ensuring items are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. Using your finely tuned communication skills, you’ll assist in handling broker requests and queries via the Ki platform, speaking with Brokers via chatbot, phone, and in person.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be involved in the Underwriting, Operations, and Compliance areas, and as such your thoughts and ideas will be welcomed to identify and implement opportunities for streamlining underwriting activity. Crucially, you’ll be required to maintain awareness of regulatory impact and ensure underwriting activity is always within guidelines. In an ideal world, you’ll have some insurance experience to draw from. However, more importantly, we are keen you bring a fresh perspective and open-minded approach to the role with a focus on building relationships both existing and new.
