You will lead the delivery of the People Digital Transformation (PDT) programme, ensuring alignment of HR policies, processes, and systems. Reporting to the Group PDT programme lead and the head of integration, you will play a key role in project activities.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing HR transformations, especially within large-scale acquisitions and integrations. Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is essential, along with strong change management and communication skills.
