Job summary

som3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT / Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives driving business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will work with sponsors, technology teams, Product Owners and external partners to manage projects from concept through to implementation and successful adoption, spanning AI, automation, data analytics and Salesforce enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering digital, technology or business change projects.
• Full lifecycle project delivery experience with governance, risks and budgets.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and technology projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success criteria and priorities with sponsors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and resources.
• Governance, risks, issues, budgets and reporting management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and external partners.
