Job summary

som3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT / Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives driving business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will work with sponsors, technology teams, Product Owners and external partners to manage projects from concept through to implementation and successful adoption, spanning AI, automation, data analytics and Salesforce enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering digital, technology or business change projects.
• Full lifecycle project delivery experience with governance, risks and budgets.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT / Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives supporting business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience.

Working with business sponsors, technology teams, Product Owners and external partners, you will manage projects from concept through to implementation and successful business adoption.

Projects will span digital self-service, AI, automation, customer experience, data and analytics, Salesforce enhancements and strategic business change, offering excellent variety and exposure across multiple technologies and business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital and technology projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver agreed business and technology outcomes.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define objectives, scope, success criteria and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, budgets, reporting and delivery dependencies.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, technology teams and external partners.
• Apply Agile, hybrid or structured delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Support requirements definition, workshops, user stories, backlog prioritisation and Agile ceremonies.
• 5+ years' experience delivering digital, technology or business change projects.
• Proven full lifecycle project delivery experience.
• Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience with project governance, risk, issue, budget and resource management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Business Analysis experience.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, data, analytics or digital transformation projects.
