Job summary

Your World Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organised Project Officer to support the delivery of large-scale Digital Transformation projects in the healthcare sector. Based in Lisburn, this temporary role (6 months with possible extension) offers a busy, collaborative environment and requires strong planning, governance and stakeholder management skills.

You will help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating activities from initiation through to implementation and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Digital or IT projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple project activities within agreed timescales.
• Experience maintaining project documentation, logs and governance records.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience supporting project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Assist in producing project specifications, business requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate data migration activities and implementation planning with SMEs.
• Act as a focal point for suppliers and contractors during system changes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and project lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain audit trails with logs and RAID registers and support continuous improvement.
