Job summary

Your World Recruitment Ltd seeks a Digital Systems Manager in Lisburn to lead IT systems management, development and continuous improvement of business-critical applications in Healthcare. This temporary role lasts 6 months with potential extension, paying up to £24.41 per hour PAYE.

You will manage LOB systems, coordinate changes, work with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring reliable, secure digital services and strong documentation. Office/hospital based, 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, maintaining and upgrading complex IT systems.
• Experience with service requests, incidents and change processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple IT projects with suppliers.
• Good written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist expertise in the management and support of Line of Business (LOB) systems.
• Lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of existing systems and new digital projects.
• Manage day-to-day service requests and incidents using an ITSM platform, ensuring SLAs.
• Work with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Coordinate system upgrades and change releases with change control processes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support operational risk management across digital services.
• Lead analysis of business requirements and design/implement complex IT systems.
