Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and product ownership for digital transformation.
E-procurement or procurement transformation experience.
Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Support product backlog management, refinement and prioritisation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, developers, IT and data management teams.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping activities.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking and release readiness.
Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
Support digital transformation, change management and system migration initiatives.
