Job summary

JCDecaux UK Ltd seeks a Senior Product & Transformation Business Analyst to shape business demand, product priorities and transformation activity into clear, outcome-led delivery. The role strengthens the link between strategy, roadmaps, requirements, technology delivery and adoption.

You will support product owners and business owners in shaping roadmaps and backlogs, lead discovery, map processes, define acceptance criteria, and drive governance, UAT and benefits realisation with measurable

Qualifications

Strong business analysis experience across product, process, systems or transformation environments.
Experience shaping roadmaps, epics, and requirements with measurable outcomes.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and adoption.
Knowledge of delivery governance, UAT, benefits and change readiness.

Responsibilities

Shape roadmaps and backlogs, translating demand into epics and user stories.
Lead discovery, process mapping, and requirements definition with traceability.
Assess stakeholder impact and plan readiness, training, and operating model changes.
Facilitate workshops and decision forums to align business, tech, PMO and suppliers.
Support sprint planning, UAT, sign-off, dependency tracking and governance reporting.
Use data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
