Zensar Technologies in London is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner support specialist to help articulate objectives, outcomes and value of PPD digital change initiatives.

You will translate the business solution vision into process designs, user journeys and requirements, maintain a prioritized backlog, and validate acceptance criteria for releases. You will facilitate cross-team communication to ensure solutions meet user needs and comply with policies.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product Owner in articulating the objectives, expected results, business case, benefits and intended value of PPD digital change initiatives.
• Translate the business solution vision into clear process designs, user journeys, functional requirements and implementation priorities.
• Maintain a structured, prioritised and benefit-driven backlog of business requirements, user stories, specifications and change requests.
• Support the definition, validation and approval of acceptance criteria for releases, enhancements and key system functionalities.
• Help ensure that digital solutions meet the needs of all relevant user groups and remain aligned with applicable procurement policies, operational processes, data requirements and reporting needs.
• Facilitate effective communication, issue resolution and decision-making across PPD business teams, IT,theTransformation team,theData Management Team, developers and other Bank stakeholders.
