Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Portfolio Senior Advisor to join the Technology team in London on a 9-month FTC. You will bridge business needs and Technology & Cyber teams, turning complex requirements into well-defined, prioritised changes and ensuring alignment with outcomes.

You will own discovery, scoping, planning, and adoption across initiatives, with emphasis on ServiceNow and Azure DevOps data, governance, and demand management to support informed

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale technology or business transformation.
• Experience identifying and scoping technology-enabled improvement opportunities, including automation and AI-enabled change.
• High ownership and accountability, ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.
• Experience with portfolio and demand management frameworks, prioritisation models, capacity planning and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping for technology-enabled change, clarifying problem, outcomes, scope and stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements through process analysis, data review and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business needs into delivery artefacts: options assessments, process maps, requirements, user stories and plans.
• Evaluate processes to define ownership and opportunities for automation or AI enablement.
• Coordinate stakeholders, product owners, project managers, technical teams and SMEs to maintain momentum.
• Support the technology demand management framework from intake to delivery transition.
• Support prioritisation and capacity discussions with structured information on value, alignment and risk.
• Support portfolio reporting with data and trend analysis to surface delivery concerns.
