Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Portfolio Senior Advisor (9 month FTC) to bridge business and Technology & Cyber, turning complex needs into deliverable change across governance, planning and demand management.

You will own initiatives from discovery through adoption, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring changes are practical, governed and aligned to outcomes. The role requires strong analytical and collaborative skills in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and transformation delivery in large-scale tech or business transformation.
• Experience identifying, validating and scoping technology-enabled improvements including automation/AI.
• Strong ownership, able to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping for technology-enabled and operational change, clarifying the problem and success measures.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements through process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate needs into artifacts: options, maps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and plans.
• Evaluate processes to define ownership, opportunities for simplification, automation or AI enablement.
• Coordinate stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to maintain momentum and delivery.
• Support the technology demand management framework from intake to transition into delivery.
• Provide structured information on value, risk, effort and readiness to support decisions.
