We’re hiring for a Change & Transformation Manager to join our UK&I Operations Team in London on a fixed term basis for 6-9 months.
Purpose of the Role
As Change & Transformation Manager you’ll partner with senior business stakeholders to manage and deliver change and transformation initiatives. Overseeing the strategic planning and execution of transformation projects, ensuring they deliver the desired benefits while managing the people change journey for a positive stakeholder experience, fostering a change mindset and a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a fixed term role for a duration of 6-9 months.
The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
