A leading consultancy is seeking a Digital Transformation Business Consultant focused on the Middle East tourism sector. This UK-based role requires expertise in digital business consultancy, along with the ability to manage digital frameworks and strategies. You will work closely with clients to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance the visitor experience. Occasional travel to the Middle East is expected for project execution.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)

Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus

Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)

UK/remote based, with ability to travel (trips typically 1-2 weeks, planned ad-hoc, 3-4 trips per year)

Define, agree, and mobilise the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.

Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).

Implement Governance Framework & Structures:

• Change, Configuration, and Control Body
• Partner Integration Framework
• Acceptance into Service Framework
• Issues & Requests Management

Define Tourism's digital support model and framework to enable seamless visitor experience and robust support services.

Define the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.

Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.

Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolsets requirements, and establish Visitor Care services.

Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run).

Support development of a business case (cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work for service tenders and budgeting.
