Job Description:

Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition, documentation, presentation)

Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus

Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)

Based in the UK or remote, with ability to travel (up to 1-2 weeks per trip, 3-4 trips annually)

Responsibilities include:

1. Define, agree, and mobilize the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model
2. Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run)
3. Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:
   1. Change, Configuration, and Control Body
   2. Partner Integration Framework
   3. Acceptance into Service Framework
   4. Issues & Requests Management
4. Define the digital support model and framework for seamless visitor experience and support services
5. Develop the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism
6. Publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT
7. Define Visitor Care strategy and digital toolsets
8. Establish the Digital Communications strategy across the Framework
9. Support development of business cases and statements of work for tendering services and budgeting
