Job Description:

• Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant with experience in digital business consultancy, documentation, and presentation.
• Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus.
• Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred).
• UK-based or remote, with ability to travel (1-2 weeks trips, 3-4 times per year).
• Define, agree, and mobilize the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.
• Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).
• Implement Governance Framework & Structures for Change, Configuration, and Control Body; Partner Integration Framework; Acceptance into Service Framework; Issues & Requests Management.
• Define the digital support model and framework to ensure seamless visitor experience and robust support services.
• Develop high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.
• Publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.
• Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolset requirements, and establish Visitor Care services.
• Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the framework.
• Support development of business case, vendor quotes, and statements of work for tendering and budgeting.
