Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)

Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus

Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)

UK/remote based, able to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, planned on an ad-hoc basis, 3-4 trips per year)

Define, agree, and mobilise the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.

Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).

Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:

• Change, Configuration, and Control Body
• Partner Integration Framework
• Acceptance into Service Framework
• Issues & Requests Management

Define Tourism's digital support model and framework to enable seamless visitor experience and support services.

Define the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.

Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.

Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolset requirements, and stand-up Visitor Care.

Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run).

Support development of a business case (including cost estimates, vendor quotes) and statements of work for tendering services and budgeting.
