Job Description:

Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)

Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a definite bonus

Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA ideally)

UK/remote based, with ability to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, planned on an ad-hoc basis, approximately 3-4 trips per year)

Define, agree, and mobilise Digital Tourism Target Operating Model.

Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run).

Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:

• Change, Configuration, and Control Body
• Partner Integration Framework
• Acceptance into Service Framework
• Issues & Requests Management

Define Tourism's digital support model and framework to enable seamless visitor experience and robust support services.

Define the high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism.

Define and publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT.

Define the Visitor Care strategy, digital toolsets requirements, and establish Visitor Care.

Define the Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run).

Support development of a business case (e.g., rough order of magnitude cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work for tendering services and budgets.
